During the operation of the project, the Lesotho Electricity Generation Company will sign a power purchase agreement with Lesotho Electricity Company (LEC). LEGCO will sell the electricity generated by the project to Lesotho Electricity Company at the agreed price, and then the Lesotho Electricity Company will sell the electricity to the end user.
